Can I Place a Large or Bulk Order?

There's no maximum order limit at ALTO. Want to stock up? Go for it.

Regular Large Orders

Most of our customers place orders in the $75-$300 range, but there's nothing stopping you from ordering more. Add whatever you want to your cart and check out like normal. The process is the same regardless of order size.

Our inventory is designed to handle substantial orders. We carry deep stock on popular strains, concentrate varieties, and edibles specifically so customers can order what they need without worrying about availability. When you browse our menu, the quantities you see are accurate in real-time, so if you can add it to your cart, we have it ready to go.

Very Large Orders

If you're placing a particularly large order — stocking up for a while or buying for a group — it might be worth reaching out to us ahead of time. Call or text (305) 339-6321 and we can make sure everything is in stock and coordinate shipping.

For orders exceeding $1,000 or requiring specific timing, direct communication helps us prepare properly. We can confirm inventory across multiple product categories, coordinate packing and shipping to keep everything protected in transit, and even provide recommendations if you're looking to diversify your selection. This is especially helpful if you're ordering for an event or need it to arrive by a certain date.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order over $75, regardless of size — and since bulk orders clear that line easily, large orders always ship free. Smaller orders pay a small flat fee shown at checkout.

Large orders don't incur additional handling fees or surcharges. Everything is packed securely and discreetly, and bigger orders may ship in more than one box to keep everything protected in transit. If you have specific instructions for a large order — like a preferred shipping address or discreet packaging preference — just add those notes at checkout or mention them when you contact us.
