2. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and will provide valid government-issued photo identification upon delivery. Orders cannot be delivered to anyone under 21 years of age.
3. Service Area
Alto ships cannabis products to all 48 contiguous states. Shipping availability may vary by location, and we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or certain restricted states. We reserve the right to refuse service to any address outside our shipping area or for any other reason at our discretion.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is required before your order ships. We accept card, CashApp, Zelle, and crypto.
5. Delivery
We strive to ship all orders within our stated timeframe. However, shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Alto is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Someone 21+ with valid ID must be present to receive the delivery.
6. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
