Place your order like normal, using the hotel or rental address (include your name and room or unit number). We pack it discreetly and hand it to USPS, and it's delivered to the property just like any other package. The process is exactly the same as shipping to a home address — you browse our menu, add items to your cart, enter the address, and we handle the rest. Because of transit time, order several days before you arrive, or even before you leave home.

Hotels

Most hotels accept packages for guests and hold them at the front desk or concierge. When you book, it's worth confirming the hotel's package policy and how they label guest mail (usually your name plus arrival date). Add your name and room number in the shipping details so the front desk can match the package to you. Keep in mind an adult signature (21+) may be required, so make sure you — or the front desk, where permitted — can sign for it.

Airbnb & Vacation Rentals

Staying at an Airbnb or rental house? Even easier, since the package is delivered straight to the property. Just make sure you'll be there to receive it, or coordinate with your host. Whether it's a condo, a beach house, or a rental apartment, we treat it like any residential address. If the rental has specific access instructions, include them in the shipping details when you place your order — and time your order so it arrives during your stay, not before you check in or after you check out.
