When Do Orders Ship?
You can place an order on our site any time, day or night — the store never closes. What matters for timing is our daily shipping cutoff and the USPS schedule.
Daily Shipping Cutoff
Orders placed by our daily cutoff on business days are packed and handed to USPS the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. So if you want your order moving as soon as possible, order earlier in the day.
Keep in mind that "ships today" doesn't mean "arrives today." Once your package is with USPS, typical transit is 2–4 business days. We recommend ordering a few days ahead of when you actually need your products.
Holidays
We process orders Monday through Friday. On federal holidays, USPS doesn't move mail, so orders placed around a holiday ship on the next business day. We'll post any changes to our processing schedule on our site and social media ahead of time.
Some of the busiest mail periods are around major holidays. If you're ordering for a specific date near a holiday, give yourself extra lead time — USPS volume is heaviest then, and an extra day or two of buffer helps your order arrive when you want it.
Best Times to Order
Want your order to ship fastest? Order before the daily cutoff on a business day and it goes out that same business day. Ordering early in the week also helps your package avoid the weekend pause in USPS processing. You can browse our menu any time and check out whenever it's convenient.
If you order late on a Friday or over the weekend, your package will ship the next business day (usually Monday). That's perfectly normal — it just means a little extra time before the first tracking scan.
Tracking Your Order
Don't want to wonder where your order is? Every shipment comes with a tracking number, sent by email and text the moment it ships. You can follow your package from our facility all the way to your door, with an estimated delivery date that updates as it travels.
Tracking takes the guesswork out of mail-order. Instead of watching a clock, you'll have a live status you can check any time — no need to be home waiting.
How Long Until It Arrives?
Total time is roughly processing + transit: same or next business-day ship-out, plus 2–4 business days in the mail. So most orders arrive within about a week of ordering, often sooner for nearby states.
We'll send your tracking number as soon as your order ships, and if anything looks off with delivery, our support team is happy to help you sort it out.
Need It By a Certain Date?
Plan ahead. Place your order a few business days before you need it so USPS has time to deliver. If you're ever unsure whether your order will arrive in time, reach out before you check out and we'll give you our best estimate.
Order Any Time
The best part of mail-order: there's no closing time to beat. Whether it's 2 PM or 2 AM, you can place your order, and it enters our queue to ship on the next processing day.
