ALTO ships nationwide via USPS. Because our products are hemp-derived and federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill (under 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight), we can mail them to homes in every contiguous state — from the East Coast to the West Coast and everywhere in between.
Whether you're in a high-rise apartment downtown, a single-family home in the suburbs, or a place out in the country, USPS reaches your address just like it does any other package. We ship to residential addresses and most PO boxes alike.
How We Ship
Every order goes out in discreet, smell-proof, odor-proof packaging with a tracking number. You'll get email and text updates as your package moves, so you can follow it the whole way to your door.
Orders placed by our daily cutoff ship the same or next business day. Once it's in the mail stream, USPS handles the rest, and you can watch its progress with your tracking link.
Transit Times
Typical USPS transit is 2–4 business days anywhere in the contiguous US. Here's a rough guide based on distance from our facility:
- Nearby regions: often 2 business days
- Mid-distance regions: typically 2–3 business days
- Cross-country: usually 3–4 business days
These are typical windows, not guarantees. Actual transit can vary with USPS volume, weather, and your exact location. Holidays and severe weather can add a day or two. Your tracking number always shows the latest estimated delivery date.
What Affects Shipping Speed
A few things influence how quickly your order arrives. Order timing matters most — orders placed before our daily cutoff ship sooner. USPS volume around holidays can slow things down, and weather can occasionally delay the mail. To help your order arrive smoothly, make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when you check out — including apartment or unit numbers. Once you browse our menu and place your order, you'll be able to review your address before paying.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders placed before our daily cutoff ship the same or next business day. Orders placed later, or over the weekend, ship the next business day. We process orders in the sequence they're received, so placing your order earlier in the day generally means a faster ship-out.
