What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Every order is prepaid online at checkout. We accept cryptocurrency — Zelle and CashApp are coming soon — and there's no cash and no cash-on-delivery.
Crypto
Choose crypto at checkout, then pick your network and coin: ETH, USDT, and USDC on Ethereum, or TRX and USDT on Tron. You'll receive a wallet address and the exact amount to send. Once the payment confirms on the network, your order moves into fulfillment. Crypto is popular with customers who value privacy and fast, borderless payments.
Zelle & CashApp — Coming Soon
We're working on adding Zelle and CashApp as payment options. They're not available yet, but keep an eye out — they'll appear at checkout as soon as they're ready.
No Cash, No COD
Because orders ship via USPS, there's no cash and no cash-on-delivery. Everything is paid securely online before your order leaves our facility, so when your package arrives there's nothing to pay and no money to exchange at the door. It keeps the whole process clean, contactless, and fully prepaid.
Pricing Transparency
The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. Shipping is free on orders over $75 (a small flat fee applies under $75), and there are no hidden fees or surcharges. What you see at checkout is exactly what you owe.
Unlike some services that tack on service fees or busy-time premiums, ALTO keeps it straightforward. When you browse our menu, the listed prices are final. This makes it easy to budget and shop confidently without worrying about surprise costs appearing at the last step.
Promo Codes and Discounts
If you have a promo code or discount, enter it at checkout before confirming your order. Your discount will be applied immediately, and you'll see your new total reflected in the order summary. Promo codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed, so make sure to add any codes you have before hitting that confirm button.

Your full order total — products, shipping, and any discounts or promo codes — is shown at checkout before you confirm and pay. That's the complete amount; there's nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.
