Ordering from ALTO is about as easy as ordering anything else online — minus the long wait. Here's how it works from start to finish.
Step 1: Browse the Menu
Head to our online menu and explore everything we carry. You can filter by category — flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, pre-rolls, CBD, and accessories. Every product page shows you strain info, THC/CBD content, pricing, and customer reviews so you know exactly what you're getting.
Not sure what you're looking for? Use the search bar to find specific strains or products by name. You can also sort by bestsellers, new arrivals, or price to help narrow down your options. If you're trying hemp-derived cannabis for the first time or switching from flower to edibles, our product descriptions include helpful guidance on effects and recommended use.
Step 2: Add to Cart
Found something you like? Hit "Add to Cart." You can keep browsing and add as many items as you want. Your cart stays visible so you can see the running total. There's no order minimum to check out — and shipping is free on every order over $75.
Your cart is flexible. Change quantities, remove items, or save products for later if you're not ready to commit. We show your subtotal in real time so there are no surprises at checkout. If you're close to unlocking free shipping at $75 or qualifying for a promotion, we'll let you know so you can adjust accordingly.
Step 3: Check Out and Verify Your Age
Enter your shipping address, review your order, and pay securely online. ALTO ships to all 48 contiguous states, so wherever you are, you're covered. You must be 21 or older, and your age is verified right at checkout — no account required unless you want to save your info for faster future orders.
We accept card, CashApp, Zelle, and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). Everything is prepaid online and processed securely, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. You can also add any special instructions at checkout. Once you confirm, you're all set.
Step 4: We Pack and Ship
Orders placed by our daily cutoff ship the same or next business day. Your order is packed in discreet, smell-proof, odor-proof packaging and handed to USPS. Typical transit time is 2–4 business days anywhere in the contiguous US.
Every order ships with a tracking number, so you can follow it from our facility to your door. We send tracking updates by email and text, so you always know where your package is.

After you place your order, we keep you updated. You'll get a confirmation when your order is received, another when it ships with your tracking number, and tracking updates as USPS carries it toward you. If anything changes, we'll let you know right away so you're never left guessing.

What to Expect at Delivery
USPS delivers your order right to your door, just like any other package. Because cannabis products are age-restricted, the carrier may require an adult signature (21+) on delivery, so it's a good idea to have an ID handy. Your age is already verified at checkout, so there's nothing to pay and no hassle at the door.
